Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage or fault, read below.

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchange on change of mind for Hijabs or Inner Caps due to hygiene purposes. 

Damages and Issues

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Narah Staple is always striving for a high level of customer satisfaction, if there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective or damaged at the time of receipt, we will make it right by:

  • Replacing or
  • Providing a refund at your own option
  • And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping fees

This is upon the condition that there is evidence of damage. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact our team as soon as possible in the rare occasion of a faulty item. 

How To Return

In the event of faulty items, please contact our team at: support@narahstaple.com with your order number and a description of your issue for further assistance. We'll send you a return mailing label as well as guidance on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is approved. 

Exchanges

For all sizing issues or change of mind we are happy to offer exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please send through an email to support@narahstaple.com to discuss your options further.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
